Take an intimate and interactive after-hours journey through the Museum, the Patricia D. Klingenstein Library reading room, and the conservation lab where staff members preserve some of the most invaluable treasures in New-York Historical's collection. Witness firsthand how conservators prepare, treat, install, and de-install Library and Museum paper-based collections for exhibitions and loans, as well as stabilize large collections for storage and use. And even better: Try out conservation techniques on your own, led by our staff! This event is hosted by the New York Adventure Club.
